“A home is not a building. It’s the place two people have between them — where they can nest, rest, and live.”
Meet Kim
Real Estate Broker · Northern Colorado
In Tennessee Williams' Night of the Iguana, Hannah offers a definition of home that has guided Kim's entire practice: not a building of wood, brick, or stone, but a thing two people have between them — a place to nest, rest, and live. That understanding has shaped every transaction of Kim's 25-year career.
Kim began exclusively as a buyer's agent, earning a distinction no one else in the history of Elite 25 had achieved: membership gained solely through buyer representation. In 2011, after clients and their trusted associates began requesting her help selling their homes, she expanded to listings — bringing the same philosophy to both sides of the table. A home is an emotional investment and a financial one, and Kim has never treated those as separate concerns.
She spent two decades building her practice in Austin, Texas, working with Forbes and Christie's-affiliated brokerages and developing the kind of commercial-grade analytical rigor that most residential agents never acquire. In 2024, she relocated to Fort Collins — and Fort Collins is now her focus.
For clients buying or selling anywhere else in the country, Kim connects them with personally vetted associates from her 25-year national network — and for a consulting fee, stays actively involved as their independent advisor throughout the transaction. You get a trusted local expert in your market. You keep Kim in your corner.
She limits the number of buyers and sellers she works with at any time, so that each client gets the attention they deserve. Because finding a place to nest, rest, and live is never just a transaction.
When she isn't working, you'll find Kim on the trail, on horseback, or fly fishing — making herself at home in Northern Colorado.
